Managing People & Performance (Elective)

This course is designed to give managers, team leaders and supervisors the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage an employee and their performance effectively. By the end of the course participants will have the confidence and skill to deliver and lead effective performance standards, provide performance feedback and address performance and disciplinary issues as necessary.

In order to meet the requirements for accreditation, particpants will be required to submit a Learner Record. The due date for the assessment to be submitted is 29 April 2011.

This is Level 6, FETAC minor award (Managing People - N32905) and a component of the Major Award Advanced Certificate in Management (BMANX).
